It can be used in a kit that allows you to precisely and easily identify all possible defects present on welding or molding of metal elements without destructive effects on the surfaces and with effective quality control. It consists of three products that must be used in conjunction to detect weld vents, pits, fatigue cracks and porous areas. METHOD OF USE 1) Degrease and clean the entire surface to be checked using the VMD 137 CRACK CLEANER 2) Apply a light layer of VMD 138 CRACK PENETRATING RED to the surface and wait 15-20 minutes to allow the liquid to act 3) Remove the excess RED PENETRATOR always using the VMD 137 CRACK CLEANER and let the surface dry 4) Finally, spray the VMD 139 WHITE CRACK DETECTOR and leave to act for a few minutes. At this point, where there are defects in the metal, red traces will form which will allow the operator to intervene on the defect.
