DESCRIPTION:
It is made up of two sides, a base, a roof, one
back, two sliding doors and eight shelves
divided by a central partition (4+4).
It is entirely built in first choice steel sheet of the type DC01 UNI EN 10130 with a thickness of mm. 0,8 while the reinforcing and anchoring elements, the "U" of the sides, the roof and the base, are made in the thickness of mm. 2.
The wardrobe is painted, internally and externally, with electrostatic epoxy polyester resin powders, after pickling, degreasing and phosphating of the parts.
Sides: they have the dimensions of cm. 45x200h, they have a perfectly smooth external surface while the vertical sides are entirely folded in several orders, such as to give self-support and to create a visible edge of mm. 40.
The external edges are rounded with a radius of curvature of mm. 2 in compliance with current safety standards. The ends of the short sides are reinforced with U-shaped anchoring elements, shapes of the
sheet metal and spot welding, to give greater solidity to the side - base - roof fastening. Two mm. racks are welded to each side on the inside. 1.2 thick for the positioning of the shelves with a pitch of mm. 25. The sides are designed to house the leveling feet and suitable holes allow easy fixing of any base and/or top unit.
Central partition: made up of two sheet metal elements, C-shaped and coupled, such as to create a honeycomb element. Two racks are made on the two faces for positioning the internal shelves.
Base: high mm. 40, is made with several orders of bending in order to give rigidity to the structure. The short sides are suitably reinforced to allow, with a suitable system, the joining of the sides and base.
Roof: high mm. 40, sized and made in the same way as the base.
Backrest: made of two suitably shaped elements, it has the external face
perfectly smooth. Sliding doors: finished thickness of mm. 20, are each made with a single sheet of metal folded on several orders and on the internal face, for greater rigidity, they are reinforced by means of horizontal folds on several orders and omega-shaped sleeves.
The two doors, on one side, have two slots in which the ABS snap handles are applied. The upper part of each leaf houses 2 boxed nuts to allow the fixing of the two pulleys, made up of an "L" shaped pressed steel element with a nylon-coated ball bearing. On the left side of the right door there is a "Yale" push-button lock with folding key in duplicate.
Shelves: eight in number, they are made of boxed and suitably folded sheet metal, so as to allow the housing of the suspended folders with a mm distance between them. 330. The size of the shelves is such as to allow horizontal positioning between the sides.
