Galvanized wire mesh, electro-welded and plasticized, with square or rectangular meshes. The vertical and horizontal wires of the electro-welded mesh, both linear, are in galvanized steel. The plasticization obtained through the exclusive Galvaplax Process sintering process developed by Cavatorta. Thanks to the wide assortment, the Esaplax network lends itself to multiple uses in residential, industrial and sports construction. Under the typical conditions of use, performance is guaranteed for over 10 years. The Esaplax net sold in 25 m rolls, arranged on 8/9 rolls pallets, wrapped in a recyclable polyethylene film. The Galvaplax Process plasticization process, developed by Cavatorta, gives the Esaplax mesh characteristics of extreme resistance and durability, obtained by combining different protective elements: galvanizing, primer and PVC. The hot-dip galvanized steel base wire is immersed in a bath of special primer, an essential element for a perfect anchoring of the PVC to the metal. Plasticization follows by means of a fluid bed casting process, which guarantees a clean and homogeneous coverage over the entire surface of the mesh.
