Koem replacement natural soapstone 30x50 cm for griddle 2 cm thick lava barbecue grill (Grigio - 30x50 cm)
Description
REPLACEMENT NATURAL STONE FOR STEAK THICKNESS 2 CM
The natural stone grill is in highly pure
selected material and suitable as a domestic cooking utensil.
The stone allows you to cook with simplicity and without adding
meat, fish, vegetables and other seasonings. This allows to obtain
a fat-free cuisine, without altering the natural flavor of the
food.
The stone stores the heat and then slowly transfers it to food,
thus allowing slower cooking which enhances the organoleptic
characteristics and flavors of the food.
It can be used with any heat source. Due to these characteristics
it can be defined as dihetic natural stone.
The soapstone refers to a dark green lithic material, consisting
mostly of talcose-chloritic and / or serpentine rocks in compact
varieties. The soapstone is quarried in Val Chiavenna and Malenco,
in Val d’Ossola, and in the Engadine.
Its characteristics of workability and refractoriness, and high resistance to fire make it ideal not only for the construction of stoves and ovens, but also for kitchen utensils, such as plates and pots. Even those artifacts (limestone and eruptive rocks) that show similar processing techniques and morphologies, but which do not have those refractory characteristics necessary for use on fire, are often erroneously defined as soapstones.
